For the purposes of the Refund Policy, a ‘subscriber’ refers to the individual or organization that has purchased the subscription for newsletters published by ecosystemreports.com (owned by Eninrac Consulting Pvt. Ltd.).
ecosystemreports.com agrees to make a full pro-rata refund if the subscriber wishes to discontinue his/her subscription at any time, after a nominal deduction towards administrative charges. The refund will be valid from the actual date of receipt of the request for refund by ecosystemreports.com.
ecosystemreports.com reserves the right to charge on a pro-rata basis for all issues sent prior to cancellation, either by ecosystemreports.com or the subscriber, in the event of non-payment by the subscriber.
In the case of Research Reports, no refund will be issued once the order has been placed. All sales for reports are final.
Orders for published reports (hardbound copies) are dispatched through courier. The subscriber can expect to receive their order within 7 working days after receipt of payment.
For discounted orders of reports prior to their publication, the dispatch will occur shortly after the targeted report publication date. While all efforts will be made to meet the targeted publication date, ecosystemreports.com (owned by Eninrac Consulting Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to modify the publication date unilaterally, with prior notice to the subscribers.
In case of non-receipt of any subscribed product, the subscriber should contact connect@ecosystemreports.com within the specified delivery period.
